Welcome to Bougie Foodie. By downloading, accessing, or using the Bougie Foodie mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 4Shore LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract.
Bougie Foodie is a restaurant discovery and recommendation app that provides:
Bougie Foodie PRO — We offer a premium subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
Free Trial — If offered, free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds — Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

Restaurant Information — We aggregate information from third-party sources including Google Places. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that restaurant hours, prices, menus, or other details are current or correct. Always verify with the restaurant directly.
Secret Menu Hacks — Secret menu items may not be available at all locations or at all times. Availability and pricing vary by restaurant. These are community-sourced suggestions, not official menu items.
AI Recommendations — Our AI-powered recommendations are for informational purposes only. We are not responsible for your dining experiences or any decisions made based on our suggestions.
Service Availability — The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4Shore LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4Shore LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
